Over the years, we have had a lot of questions about our services and our products. Here are the most frequent ones. If you want more information, please contact us.

Do you have wood shavings all year round?: Yes, we do. Thanks to our large warehouse we can store our products so that they keep the same high quality. This lets us provide wood shavings all year round.
What quantity of wood shavings do you offer?: We offer bags containing 2.8, 3.0 and 3.2 cubic feet of wood shavings. Our bags can be piled on floor or palletized according to your needs. We also offer bulk wood shavings.
Do you deliver everywhere?: We deliver our bagged wood shavings to Ontario, Quebec and the United-States, we deliver bulk in Quebec only.

Local (125km or 80 miles from our installations): We can deliver our wood shavings in bulk with a blower or with a walking floor, or in bags with a closed trailer.
Outside our local area: We deliver our bulk wood shavings with a walking floor. Our bagged products are loaded on trailers or can be palletized.

Is there a minimum quantity to order?: Yes. We require a minimum of 800 cubic feet of bulk wood shavings or 250 of our smallest bags.
What are the delivery delays?: Our delivery delays depend on where you are located and the quantity of wood shavings you need. Normally we can provide bulk or bagged wood shavings locally in 48 hours. Outside our area we can provide bulk or bagged wood shavings in one week.
What are the uses for your wood shavings?: Our wood shavings can be used as animal bedding for big animals like horses, cows and pigs as well as smaller animals like chickens, sheep and ducks.
